Pudong campus middle school Spanish students enjoyed learning about, making and eating quesadillas and salsa on the second day of Spanish classes. They learned that quesadillas are popular in many parts of Latin America and can include many different ingredients. Student wrote out the recipe in Spanish so they could make this easy and delicious meal at home for their families.
